TouringForLess Low Price Guarantee - Terms and Conditions
In the event that you find a lower price within 24 hours of booking with TouringForLess, we will credit or refund to you the difference. The TouringForLess Low Price Guarantee applies only to residents of the United States.
Low Price Claims. You must contact us at 888-751-4440 and speak to a travel specialist within twenty-four hours after your TouringForLess booking to make a claim under the TouringForLess Low Price Guarantee. Your travel specialist must be able to confirm the lower price and availability.
Same Tour and Date. A lower price claim must be for the same tour and tour date. Lower pricing must be on land price or cruise only price. You must meet the booking requirements on the lower price including: age and residency.
Land or Cruise Only. The TouringForLess Low Price Guarantee applies only to the escorted land tour or cruise only prices.
Tour must be booked with TouringForLess. To qualify for the TouringForLess Low Price Guarantee for cruise or tour bookings, you must have booked the tour with TouringForLess.
Policy Changes. TouringForLess Travel reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the TouringForLess Low Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of any claim determines your eligibility under the TouringForLess Low Price Guarantee. The failure by TouringForLess to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Claims. All requests are subject to verification by TouringForLess. All claims must be independently verifiable by TouringForLess. TouringForLess will no honor any claims believed, in its sole discretion, to be in error, fraudulent, bad faith, or intended to deceive. Verified requests will receive a credit to the credit card used for the booking, within approximately 7-10 days of verification.
Why do have need to request a quote for a tour?
Due to tour operator advertising restrictions, we are not allowed to show you our discounted prices, request a tour quote to receive our everyday no hassle price on your desired tour.
If an tour retailor is publishing their discounted rates in ads on on their website, they are not offering you the lowest prices (they are under the same advertising restictions)!
