European Gateway Transfers
All Trafalgar passengers receive complimentary arrival and departure transfers by shuttlebus on the arrival and departure day of their tour at the times specified on the individual itinerary pages. Any passengers whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle bus transfer timings may choose to book and purchase a transfer. Additionally, passengers arriving before or leaving after the scheduled tour day may also book and buy a transfer through Trafalgar providing that they also purchase the additional pre and post tour hotel night(s) from Trafalgar.

Airport Transfers in London
Heathrow Airport: Heathrow Airport: Transfers can be expensive, particularly between the airport and your London hotel. But when you book your Trafalgar vacation and take advantage of our land and air packages, we have included a FREE transfer to and from London's Heathrow airport and your Trafalgar hotel. For guests who have their own flight arrangments we offer you the opportunity to purchase inexpensive transfers to the door of your Trafalgar London hotel at a special group rate that has been negotiated by Trafalgar. Passengers will be picked up and dropped off in time to meet all flights booked to/from London’s Heathrow Airport.
$65 per person per single trip to/from Heathrow Airport
Gatwick Airport: Gatwick Airport: Guests who have booked Trafalgar's Land and Air packages arriving at and departing from London's Gatwick Airport are provided with Gatwick Express train vouchers. The Gatwick Express train journey from Gatwick Airport to London's Victoria Station takes 30 minutes each way. Guests then need to make their way from Victoria Station to their Trafalgar hotel and at the end of their trip back to Victoria Station.
Airport Transfers for River Cruises
Arrival Transfers:
Flights in Europe must arrive between 0700 and 1500 and flights in Russia must arrive between 0700 and 1900 on the day that the cruise departs in order to receive airport to ship transfers. Passengers may experience a waiting period of 2 hours or more unless private car transfers have been purchased. Passengers should look for the transfer representative holding a Trafalgar sign after exiting the customs area. Passengers arriving outside these times will need to make their own transfer arrangements or purchase a private transfer.
Departure Transfers:
Flights in Europe must depart between 0700 and 1700 on the day that the cruise ands in order to receive the ship to airport transfer. Passengers departing outside these times will need to make their own arrangements or purchase a private transfer.
Please Note:
The Best of Egypt, Wonders of Ancient Egypt and Egyptian Voyager transfers are provided in Cairo at any time on the scheduled arrival and departure days.
For extra nights and extensions, transfers can be provided at any time on day of arrival and departure. For European Jewels (Amsterdam to Budapest) and Castles along the Rhine (Amsterdam to Basel,) flight arrival guidelines are 0700-1400. Transfers in Paris are provided from CDG only.
All flight details must be provided to Trafalgar no less than 45 days before flight departure. Please ensure that your Travel Agent reserves your flight to coordinate with the transfer guidelines shown above.
Airport transfers for North America & Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Africa and China
Transfers to and from the Airport to your Trafalgar tour hotel.
With Trafalgar you will receive complimentary arrival and departure transfers by scheduled shuttle, minivan or taxi between designated airports and Trafalgar hotels on the scheduled starting and ending day of your holiday only. Guests arriving before or leaving after the scheduled itinerary day may book and buy a transfer through Trafalgar providing that they also purchase the additional pre and post trip hotel night(s) from Trafalgar. When booking extra night(s) accommodation, you will also have the opportunity to book the relevant transfer service(s).
Eastern Mediterranean and Asia
Trafalgar is pleased to offer complimentary airport transfers at any time either on the first or last day of the holiday or on other days in conjunction with pre and post trip accommodation booked through Trafalgar. Note that flight times must be provided to Trafalgar no fewer than 21 days before flight departure.
Airport Transfers in the South Pacific
Airport Transfers will be provided for passengers who book flights on a Trafalgar recommended airline and advise Trafalgar of their flight details.
