Free airport transfers for air-inclusive vacations

When you book your Avalon vacation air-inclusive, the transfers to and from the airport to the first hotel or your cruise ship and from the last hotel or your cruise ship back to the airport are included. This can represent a substantial savings and will also give you peace of mind.

If you choose to secure your own air arrangements, you can purchase arrival transfers from the airport to the first hotel as well as departure transfers from your last hotel to the airport. Have your travel agent ask our Travel Consultants for details at the time of booking. Some restrictions apply.

Air-Inclusive Vacations
Air-inclusive prices provided online include a September 11th fee up to $10, passenger facility charges of up to $18, Federal domestic flight segment fees of up to $3.50 per segment and U.S. and International arrival and departure and other government imposed fees of up to $300 depending on your itinerary. The total airfare price, the base airfare price, and the applicable government taxes and fees are broken-out line-by-line and shown while booking online and on the invoice after your travel is booked.

For vacation departures Jan 1, 2009 – Dec. 31, 2009 your final air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed when your air schedule has been confirmed and your full air and land deposit have been received. Departure is based on the land start date as listed in the vacation itinerary.

Not Included In Your Vacation Price (Air-Inclusive, Land-Only or Cruise-Only)
Federal inspection fees for the Federal U.S. Customs and Immigrations; International Air Transportation tax; agricultural tax; other per person taxes imposed by government entities: port taxes; passports; visas and vaccinations; tips to your Tour or Cruise Director, Local Host, driver, Local Guides, and/or ships’ crew; gratuities on ferries, trains, and cruise ships; laundry; telephone; minibar; alcohol, beverages, and food outside of the contracted Globus menu as presented at a hotel or restaurant (these extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel, ship, or restaurant); optional excursions; airport transfers on non-qualifying flights; porterage at airports and train stations; Travel Protection premiums; excess baggage fees; and all other items of a personal nature.

Airport transfers are included when cruise vacation is booked air-inclusive. Airport transfers are available for purchase up to five days prior to departure - $35 for one way or $70 for round trip (brochure dates only) - when cruise vacation is booked as cruise-only. Extra night transfers are different and vary per city. Note: Transfer times are subject to change, check with reservations for exact times

South America Airport Transfer Times

Airport transfers are included when cruise is booked air-inclusive (brochure dates only). Airport transfers are available for purchase prior to departure, any day year round, when cruise is booked as cruise-only.

Asia Airport Transfer Times

Airport transfers are included when river cruise vacation is booked air-inclusive (brochure dates only). Airport transfers are available for purchase up to 15 days prior to departure in start and end cities only, when river cruise vacation is booked as cruise-only.

Africa Airport Transfer Times

Airport transfers are included when cruise is booked air-inclusive (brochure dates only). Airport transfers are available for purchase prior to departure, any day year round, when cruise is booked as cruise-only.
