Globus Euphoric Aegean with 7-Night Cruise(RL)

11 days from Athens to Athens
Fascinating archaeological treasures, sunny beaches, crystal-blue water, and much more await you on this marvelous Greece cruise tour.

Your adventure begins and ends in Athens, and includes guided sightseeing featuring the Acropolis, located on a rocky promontory and dating to the 5th century BC; the Old Parliament House; and the 2nd-century Panathenaic Stadium, the only marble stadium in the world.

Then, embark your cruise ship for a captivating 7-night Aegean Sea cruise to some of the world’s most beautiful islands and ports. Stops include: Santorini (weather permitting), an active volcano offering one of the world's most breathtaking and recognizable panoramic views; Izmir, Turkey’s second-largest port; and the fascinating archaeological excavations at Ephesus. Spend a full day in charming Nauplia with its impressive castle in the middle of the harbor, then head south to Chania, Crete’s second-largest city, to explore its beautiful Venetian harbor, shop for its famous anise-flavored raki alcohol, and visit the historic nearby town of Rethymnon. Next stop is Lindos in Rhodes to explore the Old Town, palaces built during the Crusades, and the colorful shopping district; then stop at Cesme in Turkey, a popular destination for wind- and kite-surfing, before arriving in Mykonos (weather permitting) with its postcard-perfect windmills and dazzling white houses. While you’re here, you could wander through the narrow, winding streets, relax at a waterfront café, or search for the island’s official mascot, Petros the Pelican.

While aboard your ship, enjoy the many amenities. Sunbathe, sip a cool drink, splash in the pool, and relax. The Greek Islands are calling you, and now is your chance to experience their stunning scenery and ancient wonders.
