Sail the brackish Baltic Sea, cross rolling tundra and glassy fjords on your search for the Midnight Sun, all the while enjoying the local culture, history and pristine scenery. Tour Pace: This tour is well paced with two night stays in Copenhagen, Rovaniemi, Narvik, Geiranger and Oslo; there are one-night stays in the more northern regions. Magnificent driving days offer frequent stops for refreshments & photo opportunities. Hotels: In the major cities, enjoy modern, well-appointed hotels; the Radisson Blus in Copenhagen and Oslo being two excellent examples. In the more remote areas of the north, hotels tend to be smaller scale and traditional, like the North Cape’s Rica Hotel Honningsvag.

Revel in outstanding Scandinavian scenery as you cruise the glassy fjords and ride the Flam Railway. While in the cities you can soak up all the seafaring history. Tour Pace: A relaxing three nights in Copenhagen at the start helps you unwind after your flight. Then the tour sets a moderate pace. There are entire days at leisure. Many travelling days pass through wonderful scenery with frequent stops for refreshments and photo opportunities - made all the more enjoyable by the use of scenic rail and cruises.
